From an early age, I felt drawn to the healing power of touch. That calling led me to pursue massage therapy. After relocating from Colorado to the Pacific Northwest, I graduated from East West College in Portland, OR in 2008.
Since then, I’ve dedicated more than 15 years to supporting clients through bodywork—specializing in prenatal massage, injury rehabilitation, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and craniosacral therapy. For me, massage is more than technique; it’s about listening with my hands and heart, creating a space where each client feels seen, supported, and restored.
My journey…
My own pregnancy journey and the birth of my daughter planted the seeds that would later grow into my calling as a doula. Experiencing the transformative power of pregnancy and postpartum sparked a deep desire to support others through those same profound changes. What began with simple acts—bringing meals, holding babies, offering a moment of rest to new parents—grew into a calling that led me to train as a birth doula. Today, I continue to serve families in hospitals, birth centers, and home settings, honoring each unique path to birth and parenthood.
My training includes certification as a Body Ready Method® Pro, Body Ready Birth™ educator, and infant craniosacral practitioner. I love weaving these skills into both my doula and massage practice, offering families and individuals resources, gentle guidance, and therapeutic support that helps them feel informed, empowered, and more at home in their bodies.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually outside—walking forest trails, combing the coast for rocks and shells, or watching birds with my daughter. The Pacific Northwest has been my home since 2007, and my love for its forests, rivers, and coastline deepens with every year. In both nature and my practice, I’m reminded daily that healing often happens in small, grounding moments of connection.
Whether through massage or birth support, it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they find comfort, confidence, and connection in their own journeys.
