Nurturing care for every step of your journey.

Massage Therapy

In a world that rarely slows down, my approach to massage offers space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body. My work is gentle yet deeply therapeutic — intuitive, trauma-informed, and responsive to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking focused attention on areas of tension or the ease of full-body relaxation, every session supports your nervous system in down-regulating and helps your body soften.

I offer Swedish, prenatal, craniosacral, and deep tissue massage, available in 60- or 90-minute formats. Each appointment is tailored — sometimes less pressure allows deeper layers to open, while other times more specific work is called for. The heart of my work carries an intention to create a grounded, safe space where your body can relax, restore, and find balance.

Currently accepting new fee-for-service clients; insurance billing is no longer offered.

  • A full hour to release tension and address key areas of focus. Ideal for those seeking targeted work or a restorative reset within a shorter timeframe.

  • Extended time allows for deeper focus and full-body relaxation. Perfect if you’d like both specific attention on problem areas and space to fully unwind.

Doula Services

A birth doula offers continuous, non-medical support through pregnancy, labor, and birth — focusing on comfort, reassurance, and informed guidance for you and your partner.

As your doula, I bring a steady, grounded presence and an intuitive sense of when to offer hands-on comfort, when to provide information, and when to simply hold space — allowing the birth process to unfold undisturbed. My trauma-informed, adaptable style means support is unique to your needs, whether that’s encouragement through moments of intensity, resources to help you feel informed, or reassurance in times of uncertainty. In my role, I nurture both the birthing person and their partner, creating space for confidence to grow and connection to deepen as you prepare to welcome your baby.

All packages include access to resources, reasonable call/text/email support, and a complimentary interview.

  • Private doula care includes three prenatal visits (2 hours each), continuous support during labor and birth, on-call availability, and a postpartum follow-up visit. A 50% deposit secures your place on my calendar, and flexible payment plans may be available to make care more accessible. Current Availability: 2025 — N/A; 2026 — Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May

  • Doula support is now covered under Medicaid in Oregon (OHP) and Washington (Apple Health). If you are eligible, services are provided at no cost to you. A provider referral may be required, and I’m happy to guide you through that process. Current Availability: 2025 — N/A; 2026 — Feb, Apr

  • I am an approved Birth Doula in the Carrot directory! Carrot is a family-building benefit some employers offer to help cover services like doula support through reimbursement. This means services are paid for upfront, and then a receipt or superbill is submitted for reimbursement through your Carrot account. If your workplace provides Carrot, you may be able to apply those benefits toward my doula services. Check with your employer or Carrot account to confirm your coverage, and I’ll be glad to help coordinate the details with you. If you have other insurance that covers doula services, a receipt or superbill can be provided for reimbursement. Please note: reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

Infant Craniosacral

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to release tension and find balance. For babies, CST can be especially helpful in easing discomforts such as tummy issues, jaw tension, supporting latching and feeding, and promoting overall comfort and relaxation after the big transitions of birth.

I trained with the Carol Gray Center for CST Studies in Portland, Oregon, and bring a gentle, attuned touch to each session. My work is guided by your baby’s cues and comfort — sometimes this looks like subtle holds, soothing touch, or simply creating space for your baby to unwind. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and always centered on supporting your baby’s well-being while offering you reassurance and resources along the way.

Currently accepting new clients. Insurance billing not available for Infant CST. In-home appointments may be available in some areas.*

  • Our first visit allows extra time (90 minutes) for a full discussion of your baby’s birth story, treatment goals, and any questions you may have. Hands-on work is guided by your baby’s cues and needs, so the amount of direct CST will vary. *Travel fees apply for in-home visits.

    $150 — in-office

  • Follow-up visits are scheduled for 60 minutes, with treatment tailored to your baby’s ongoing needs and responses. As with intake sessions, hands-on time is flexible and led by your baby’s cues. *Travel fees apply for in-home visits.

    $100 — in-office

1 : 1 Body Ready Method® Assessments

The Body Ready Method® (BRM®) is a whole-body approach that prepares you for the experiences of pregnancy, birth, and recovery. In a 1:1 assessment, I look at posture, alignment, and mobility to understand how your body is moving and where additional support may be helpful, while also exploring gentle mindset techniques for mental and emotional preparation.

From there, I offer personalized guidance and gentle, targeted exercises designed to bring more balance, ease, and confidence to your daily movement. Whether your goals are to prepare for labor, to receive postpartum recovery support, or to simply feel more comfortable in your body, these sessions are adaptable for every stage of the perinatal journey. My goal is to help you connect with your body’s natural capacity, building a foundation of resilience and responsiveness that carries into birth and beyond.

  • Your first session includes a thorough health history and discussion of any previous pregnancy experiences, followed by movement assessment and personalized tools you can begin using right away. This extended time allows space for questions and a clear foundation to support your goals.

    $155 — in-office

  • These shorter visits focus on checking in with the tools you’ve been practicing and building on previous sessions. Each follow-up is tailored to your changing needs during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

    $65 — in office

  • Bundle your care with an intake session plus three follow-ups, to be used anytime through 12 weeks postpartum. This option gives you ongoing support and progression at a reduced rate.

    $300 — in office
